  3. Legally authorized to collect tax from his purchasers and pass on the credit of the taxes paid on the goods or services supplied to purchasers or recipients

Process of Registration Under GST:

Step 1

• Go to the Government GST Portal: https://www.gst.gov.in/
• Under registration tab, Part A of Form REG-01 required to be filled which ask for :
•PAN
•Email & Mobile no.
•State”

Step 2

Using TRN, you need to fill the part B of form REG-01 with required information. After filling all the required details and enclosing the attachment asked for, Documents need to be duly signed by usinng DSC or EVC depending upon legal status of business. After signing, documents have to upload.
A acknowledgement will generate in form REG-02 with ARN number which can be used to track the status of submission.

Step 3

  • If any further information sought from you, will be informed in Form REG-03.
  • Clarification need to be given to department for further processing in REG-04
  • If concerned officer rejects your application due to any error, they will intimate in Form GST REG-05
  • A certificate of Registration will be issued in REG-06 after all verifications
